We do this by providing spatial process development, data development, custom programming, GIS services, software and data. Stopwatch Maps was established in 1986. We have grown to become the leader in several areas including the development of spatial processes and data preparation for telephone companies needing data for input into costing models; the assignment of property tax jurisdictions to assets for lessors; and providing GIS development, products and services to Fortune 500 and telecommunications companies. |
